🌿 A Flow Sun Salutation class is designed to blend movement with breath, focusing on the fluidity and continuity of yoga postures. The class can be structured in a way that participants have the option to continue until 8:00 (1 hour) or, in a more traditional approach, until completing 108 rounds, which is a significant number in yoga philosophy.
Feel free to modify poses as needed, honoring your body’s wisdom. Whether you choose to complete until 8 or journey through 108, let your practice be a celebration of strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Throughout, maintain a steady ujjayi breath, allowing it to guide you deeper into each pose and connecting you with the present moment.

Release tension in the fascia and connective tissue with deep stretching and extended 2-5 minute pose holds. Enjoy intensity similar to a deep massage in this slow-paced, mostly seated or lying down class. Expect to move through 5-7 poses per class, with the support of blocks, blankets, and bolsters (all provided). Open to all level yogis.
