Fri 12:30-3:30: Yoga in your Golden Years (Post Menopause, Osteoporosis)
Sat 2:00-4:30: Yoga in your 20s & 30s (Menstruation, Pregnancy)
Sun 12:30-3:30: Yoga in your 40s & 50s (Peri Menopause, Menopause)
Open to all. Special interest for persons with MS, Parkinson's, Long Covid, neurological and movement challenges, and teachers of yoga. Adaptations offered according to the individual’s ability and condition. As the weekend is cumulative, attending the entire weekend is strongly recommended though not a pre-requisit
