Private sessions allow for the sequence to be designed exactly for YOU and YOUR needs. Any injuries and/or special needs are addressed in each pose. We can work towards a certain postures, set particular goals, and work on strength, flexibility, or just learn at your own pace. Yoga 1 offers a small private room, and/or larger yoga room for private sessions (schedule permitting)
Offerings include: Beginner, Hatha, Meditation, Prenatal, Seniors/Chair, Sound Healing, Vinyasa, Yin

Want to try a new team building activity or get together with a group of friends?
Yoga 1 offers facilities to host private Yoga, Qigong Flow, Meditation, Zumba session for your team of friends, co-workers, family.
Multiple rooms can be used at the same time options are unlimited!
